Or fleet and cargo owner can get in contact with iCheetah operation team for accounts. It is worth mentioning that iCheetah may carry out site visits of applicants to ensure the authenticity of both fleet and cargo.

You can use the registered e-mail to send request for password reset or dial customer service number for the same. iCheetah platform personnel will reset the password for the applicants after learning more details, then the applicants can use the default password to log in and make changes.
